In 1995/96, Alan published the newsletter, Great Beauty , Salon News of Las Vegas. That old newsletter intended almost as a trade publication for a small Las Vegas community in cosmetology now gives rise to GreatBeautyTV-- television for the Beauty Industry.

The following is a partial reprinting of Time Warner Cable "Guidelines" for Certified Public Access Producers:

    Time Warner Cable's Access facilities and equipment are provided primarily for the purpose of producing and cablecasting productions on our public access channel and educational channel.
   Access programs must be produced and cablecast in accordance with these Guidelines in conjunction with federal, state and local laws. The Access producer is responsible for the program content, including all copyright clearances and holds all rights to the content. The producer will indemnify and hold Time Warner Cable harmless from all liability arising out of the production and airing of programs, including cost of legal defense arising from use of the Access facilities.
